No culinary destination in Arkansas is complete without an authentic Mexican restaurant, and LaPaloma is as delicious as it gets. The farmers are very informative of what they grow and msot are organic growers. I especially like the Willow Mountain Mushrooms....

I divided the pork into mini logs and cooking them in the oven for 15 minutes. The pork was sweet and garlicy with a hint of shallot/onion and fish sauce flavor. The pork had a wonderful chewy and springy texture.
